How long does it take to build my custom gaming PC?

Our typical custom gaming PC build time is 5–7 working days.

This timeframe covers everything from ordering components through to building, installing Windows, drivers, and carrying out our extensive stress testing and quality control checks to ensure your system is performing exactly as it should before it leaves our workshop.

When does my build time start?

The day your order is placed does not count towards the estimated 5–7 working day build time.

If your order is placed early in the day, we'll normally order any required components from our suppliers the same working day.

However, if your order is placed later in the afternoon or during the evening, supplier orders usually cannot be processed until the next working day, as many suppliers operate order cut-off times.

If that next working day falls on a weekend, component orders will be placed on Monday. If Monday is a Bank Holiday, orders will instead be processed on the next available working day.

Please note that the 5–7 working day estimate excludes weekends, Bank Holidays and delivery time. It relates solely to sourcing components, building your PC, configuring it and completing our full stress testing process.

While we always aim to complete builds within our estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

• Faulty components requiring replacement

• Manufacturer or supplier stock shortages

• Delays in parts arriving from our suppliers

Should your build be affected by any of these issues, we'll keep you informed throughout the process and provide regular updates on your order.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. All of our gaming PCs include FREE UK mainland delivery using DPD.

Please note that we currently only deliver within the UK.

How does the delivery process work?

Once your PC has successfully passed all testing, it will be:

• Carefully cleaned and prepared for dispatch

• Professionally packaged

• Double-boxed for maximum protection during transit

• Booked with DPD for collection

DPD will normally collect your parcel from our store on the next working day after the shipment is booked.

For example:

• If your delivery is booked on a Friday, DPD will usually collect it on Monday, as collections do not take place over the weekend.

Once DPD has collected your parcel, delivery is typically made on the next working day.

Can delivery be delayed?

Occasionally, yes.

Once your parcel has been collected by DPD, any delays within the courier network are unfortunately outside of our control.

You'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

How is my gaming PC protected during shipping?

We take packaging seriously.

Every system is:

• Double boxed for additional protection

• Packed using protective materials to minimise movement

• Fitted with internal support for heavy or fragile components where required, helping to protect items such as the graphics card and CPU cooler during transport

Our aim is for your PC to arrive in exactly the same condition it left our workshop.

What should I do if my PC arrives damaged?

While shipping damage is extremely rare, we ask that you inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives.

If you notice any damage:

• Contact us immediately.

• Send clear photographs of the packaging and any damage to the PC.

• Include a brief description of the issue.

Reporting any damage straight away allows us to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

What if there's a problem after delivery?

For complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-day collect and return service.

If your system develops a fault within the first 14 days, we'll arrange collection and return of your PC.

After the initial 14-day period, customers are responsible for returning the system to us for warranty inspection or repair. Once repaired, we'll arrange its return in accordance with our warranty terms.

Can I track my order?

Yes.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your DPD tracking information so you can monitor your delivery and receive estimated delivery updates.
